Introduction of Officers<\/strong>: Mike Cumberland- President, John Hiser-\ntreasurer (absent), Brian Jesteadt- Membership, James Hacke- Secretary, Roger\nCarfangia- Pistol (absent), Mike Ripley- Black Powder & Junior Rifle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Treasurer\u2019s Report<\/strong>: No report this month due to John being absent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Bills and Communications<\/strong>: Nothing to report due to John being\nabsent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Pop: <\/strong>Steve turned in $13.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Rental Committee Report: <\/strong>Peggy turned in $575 from rentals. Boy Scout Troop 33\nwill be using the hall Jan. 17, 18, 19.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Pistol Team<\/strong>: Rodger was absent. Steve turned in $110 for\npistol. 22 cal. & Centerfire 32, 38, & 45 cal. All welcome\nto come practice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Trap Team: <\/strong>Winter league is halfway done. Tom said the winter\ntrap league banquet will be on February 29. You may still come to shoot\npractice during the league. It cost $3.50 per round of 25 targets. Anyone\nis welcome to come and shoot. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Black Powder<\/strong>: Mike announced the primitive deer hunt will be the day\nafter Christmas. Attendees are to meet at the cabin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Meat Shoot:<\/strong> Mike took in $165, expenses $110, kept $16, turned in $39. Meat\nshoots are on the 2nd<\/sup> Sunday of each month 11:00 am. (Black\npowder, closest to bullseye).<\/p>\n\n\n\n Junior Rifle Team<\/strong>: Mike said that he currently has 8 kids shooting\nfor junior rifle. Shooting will be on the 1st<\/sup> and 3rd<\/sup>\nTuesday of the month from 6:30-8 pm and only cost $2. Contact Mike Ripley\nwith any questions or interest. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Archery:<\/strong> Nothing to report. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Fun Indoor Shoot: <\/strong> Dickie was absent. They normally shoot every\nMonday 10 am-till shooting is done. Doors open at 9 am. Everyone is\nwelcome. .22 caliber rifles from a rested position. Closest to\nbullseye wins a prize. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Membership<\/strong>: REMINDER – October\nthru February is time to renew your dues and key cards. Brian took in\n$2,125, maintenance fund $275, general fund $1,850, key cards $150. 81 new\nmembers for 2019, 452 senior life\/charter members, ? total club members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Old Business:<\/strong> All of the officer positions were nominated and voted to\nstay the same for 2020. The BOD is still working towards applying for the\nsmall games of chance license.<\/p>\n\n\n\n New Business: <\/strong>Brian Jesteadt asked if that Boy Scout Troop 33 could\nuse the hall to stay in while performing some community service work at\nJennings Environmental Center on January 17, 18, 19. The membership in\nattendance voted to let Troop 33 use the club during those dates. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Good of the Association: <\/strong> The BOD wishes everyone to have a safe and happy holiday\nseason.
