Introduction of Officers<\/strong>: John Hiser- treasurer, Brian Jesteadt- Membership, James Hacke- Secretary, Tom Horstman- Trap, Mike Ripley- Black Powder\/Junior Rifle, Steve Gustkey- Pistol.<\/p>\n Treasurer\u2019s Report<\/strong>: John read the report.<\/p>\n Bills and Communications<\/strong>: Paid normal monthly bills. John announced it is time to renew the club’s CMP membership.<\/p>\n Pop: <\/strong>Nothing to report.<\/p>\n Rental Committee Report: <\/strong>Peggy turned in $100 from a rental deposit, January 18, 19, 20 boy scout troop 33 will be using the hall.\u00a0 Rentals on March 16, 23, 24, 30.<\/p>\n Pistol Team<\/strong>: Pistol team took in $136, no expenses, kept $40, turned in $96. The pistol team shoots on Thursdays, indoor starting at 5 PM. 22 cal. & Centerfire 32, 38, & 45 cal. All welcome to come practice.<\/p>\n Trap Team: <\/strong>Tom announced that the winter trap league banquet will be on March 16. The fun shoot will start at 1 pm with the dinner and awards following at 5 pm. Tom took in $400, expenses $249.50, kept $45.15, turned in $105.35. Winter trap league is from noon-5pm on Sundays. Anyone is welcome to join. Anyone can still come shoot practice during the winter league from noon-5pm. $3.50 per 25 targets. Open to the general public, club members, and new shooters.<\/p>\n Black Powder<\/strong>: Mike announced the primitive deer hunt turned into a success. The hunters that attended managed to harvest a total of 5 deer. Mike announced the frolic is approaching quickly and will be held on March 30th<\/sup>. Shooting begins at 1 pm with dinner to follow at 6 pm. The meat shoot brought in $205, expenses of $110, turned in $67. 2nd <\/sup>Sunday of each month 11:00 am are the meat shoots (Black powder, closest to bullseye).<\/p>\n Junior Rifle Team<\/strong>: Junior rifle was on Christmas break but will be starting again. Shooting will be on the 1st<\/sup> and 3rd<\/sup> Tuesday of the month from 6:30-8pm and only cost $2. Contact Mike Ripley with any questions or interest.<\/p>\n Archery: <\/strong>Nothing to report.<\/p>\n Fun Indoor Shoot: <\/strong>Dickie took in $195, expenses $40, turned in $155. They normally shoot every Monday 10am-till shooting is done, doors open at 9 am. Everyone is welcome. Iron\/Peep sights with .22 caliber rifles from a rested position. Closest to bullseye wins a prize.<\/p>\n Membership<\/strong>: Brian turned in a bill for purchasing stamps for the amount of $50. Brian read new memberships and turned in $3,085 of which $415 goes to the maintenance fund and $2,670.50 to the general fund. $150 was turned in for key cards. He reported 108 new members for 2018 and 5 new members for 2019. Which now brings a total of 460 Sr, Life and Charter members. Total membership is 623.<\/p>\n Old Business: <\/strong>Nothing to report.<\/p>\n New Business: <\/strong>Jim set a goal for the club to build an outdoor stationary archery range in this coming year.
