These are the list of issues that were discussed:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Discussed getting that is time to fill the oil tank before winter.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>7:32 pm &#8211; Meeting was called to order \u2013 Pledge of Allegiance &amp; Conservation pledge<\/p>\n<p><strong>Introduction of Officers<\/strong>: Stephen Gustkey- Pistol, Brian Jesteadt- Membership, James Hacke- Recording Secretary, Tom Horstman- Trap<\/p>\n<p><strong>Treasurer\u2019s Report<\/strong>: John read the report.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bills and Communications<\/strong>: Weed killer $37.09, Mower fuel $31.50, 2 \u2013 pedestal fans for hall $248.72, Fall taxes $1,987<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pop: <\/strong>Steve turned in $13.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Rental Committee Report: <\/strong>SRU Aug 14, Aug 4 between 10-2pm, Pistol match Aug. 10, 11, 12, Aug. 18. Aug, 25. Sept 25 &amp; 26 (Hunter Safety Class).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pistol Team<\/strong>: Steve announced a nice turnout of about 38 shooters for the pistol match. Steve turned in $80 that was donated towards the new pistol stands. The pistol team shoots on Thursdays, indoor starting on Sept 27, from 5 PM till dark. 22 cal. &amp; Centerfire 32, 38, &amp; 45 cal. All welcome to come practice.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Trap Team: <\/strong>Tom turned in $154.25. Practice is on Tuesdays 5pm &#8211; dark, $3.50 per 25 targets. Open to the general public, club members, and new shooters.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Black Powder<\/strong>: Mike turned in a donation of $1,000 from Mr. Wilson that is to be put towards the cabin fund. Rendezvous is coming up on Sept. 1<sup>st<\/sup> and\u00a0 2<sup>nd.\u00a0\u00a0<\/sup>\u00a0On the 2nd Sunday of each month at 11:00 am are the meat shoots (Black powder, closest to bullseye).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Junior Rifle Team<\/strong>: Due to low turn out Mike announced junior rifle is on hold for now. May resume in fall if there is a demand for it. Contact Mike Ripley with any questions or interest.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Archery: <\/strong>Still looking for any members willing to join together to make a team to practice.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fun Indoor Shoot: <\/strong>. Dickie announced that the fun shoot has come to an end and will start up again in the fall\/winter. They normally shoot every Monday 10am-4pm. Everyone is welcome. Iron\/Peep sights with .22 caliber rifles from a rested position. Closest to bullseye wins a prize.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Membership<\/strong>: Brian read new memberships and turned in $205 of which $20 to maintenance fund and $185 to the general fund. $0- was turned in for key cards. He reported 86 new members for 2018 which brings a total of 441 Sr, Life and Charter members. Total membership is 615.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Old Business: <\/strong>Steve said the new pistol stands are available to use. The stands painted white have a spike on the bottom to be used for a closer target holder to benches. Remember to place all stands back in the holders to the side of range when done shooting.<\/p>\n<p><strong>New Business: <\/strong>None this month.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Good of the Association: <\/strong>Remember to police you brass and keep all shots within target holders.<\/p>\n<p>8:04 pm \u2013 Motion to adjourn<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>7:00 pm \u2013 Board of Directors met prior to the general membership meeting.
