These are the list of issues that were discussed:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Next club improvement should be the water problem in basement<\/li>\n<li>Need additional bids for outside french drains<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>7:32pm &#8211; Meeting was called to order &#8211; Pledge of Allegiance &amp; Conservation pledge<\/p>\n<p><strong>Introduction of Officers<\/strong>: Stephen Gustkey- Pistol, John Hiser-Treasurer, Mike Cumberland-President, Jim Hacke- Secretary, Brian Jesteadt- Membership, Mike Ripley- Jr. Rifle\/Black Powder<\/p>\n<p><strong>Treasurer\u2019s Report<\/strong>: John read treasurer\u2019s report.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bills and Communications<\/strong>: Brian turned in a bill for stamps for membership.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pop: <\/strong>Steve turned in $25.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Rental Committee Report:<\/strong> $150 was turned in from range rentals. Peggy turned in $300 from the August and September hall rentals. Upcoming rentals will be September 16<sup>th<\/sup>, 22<sup>nd<\/sup>, 23<sup>rd<\/sup>, 24<sup>th<\/sup>, 26<sup>th<\/sup>, 27<sup>th<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pistol Team<\/strong>: Steve turned $494. Indoor league starts September 28<sup>th<\/sup>. The pistol team shoots on Thursdays from 5 PM till dark on the outdoor range. $2 a night or $20 for all summer. 22 cal. &amp; Center fire 32, 38, &amp; 45 cal. All welcome to come practice.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Trap Team: <\/strong>Mike turned in $86.31 in Tom&#8217;s absence. Winter trap league starts on November 5<sup>th<\/sup>. Contact Tom with any questions. Trap range open every Tuesday evening starting at 5pm for practicing. $3.50 per 25 targets. Open to general public, club members, and new shooters.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Black Powder<\/strong>: Rendezvous was a wonderful event this year again. Our own, Mike Ripley, became an ordained minister to marry a couple during the event. Steve turned in $231 from meals purchased from the kitchen during the event. Mike and Steve spread a special thanks to all who helped.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Junior Rifle Team<\/strong>: Mike announced that Junior rifle is on a Fall break. Junior rifle will start up again in November. Shooting will be moved back to 1<sup>st<\/sup> and 3<sup>rd<\/sup> Tuesday&#8217;s only from 6:30 to 8:00pm.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Archery: <\/strong>Still looking for any members willing to join together to make a team to practice.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fun Indoor Shoot: <\/strong>They will be shooting every Monday @ 1pm starting in September. Everyone is welcome. Open sights with .22 caliber rifles from a rested position. Closest to bulls eye wins prize.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Membership<\/strong>: Brian read new memberships and collected $375 of which $40 to maintenance fund and $335 to general fund, $20 from key cards. He reported 108 new members for 2017 which brings total of 453 Sr, Life and Charter members.
