These are the list of issues that were discussed:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Progress on boiler replacement<\/li>\n<li>Upcoming floor improvement to main hall<\/li>\n<li>Water bladder in water system may need replaced due to leaking air<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>7:30pm &#8211; Meeting was called to order &#8211; Pledge of Allegiance &amp; Conservation pledge<\/p>\n<p><strong>Introduction of Officers<\/strong>: Stephen Gustkey- Pistol, Mike Cumberland-President, Jim Hacke- Secretary, Brian Jesteadt- Membership, Mike Ripley- Jr. Rifle\/Black Powder and Tom Horstman- Trap.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Treasurer\u2019s Report<\/strong>: Steve read treasurer\u2019s report due to Jon&#8217;s absence.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bills and Communications<\/strong>: Spring taxes and monthly bills were paid.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pop: <\/strong>Steve turned in $26.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Rental Committee Report: <\/strong>Peggy turned in $525 from previous rentals. PA Constibuls will be here May 19<sup>th<\/sup>, 20<sup>th<\/sup>, 21<sup>st<\/sup>. Upcoming rentals will be June 3<sup>rd<\/sup>, 4<sup>th<\/sup>, 17<sup>th<\/sup>, 24<sup>th<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pistol Team<\/strong>: Steve turned in $395 from the sectional match. Starting in May the pistol team shoots on Thursdays from 5 PM till dark. $2 a night or $20 for all summer. 22 cal. &amp; Center fire 32, 38, &amp; 45 cal. All welcome to come practice.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Trap Team: <\/strong>Tom turned in $19.77 from practice and $205.17 from league. Trap range open every Tuesday evening starting at 5pm for practicing. $3.50 per 25 targets. Open to public.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Black Powder<\/strong>: Mike turned in $300 from the frolic. Mike said they will be working on improvements to the entrance to the cabin area in the future.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Junior Rifle Team<\/strong>: Junior rifle is still shooting in 2 separate groups. Advanced shooters on the 1<sup>st<\/sup> and 3<sup>rd<\/sup> Tuesday of the month and beginners on the 2<sup>nd<\/sup> and 4<sup>th<\/sup> Tuesday of the month. Any adults willing to help are appreciated.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Archery: <\/strong>Still looking for any members willing to join together to make a team to practice.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fun Indoor Shoot:<\/strong> Dickie wanted to let everyone know of the time change. They will be shooting every Monday @ 1pm starting in September. Everyone is welcome. Open sights with .22 caliber rifles from a rested position.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Membership<\/strong>: Brian read new memberships and collected $180 of which $20 to maintenance fund and $160 to general fund. He reported 73 new members for 2017 which brings total of 428 Sr, Life and Charter members. Total membership is 596.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Old Business: <\/strong>The boiler is 95% done. Dough from Fresh Air said it&#8217;s okay to use the new boiler untill he returns with with some replacement parts that were defective from factory.
