These are the list of issues that were discussed:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Jon was asked to pay the bills.<\/li>\n<li>Bruce discussed the changes to the insurance premium due to itemizing the equipment and contents<\/li>\n<li>Jim said the rifle range backstop has been dug out but still needs target holders and benches made.<\/li>\n<li>Jim also plans on turning over the new key system April 2<sup>nd<\/sup>.<\/li>\n<li>Armstrong contract still needs to be signed for new phone provider<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>7:35 &#8211; Meeting was called to order<\/p>\n<p><strong>Introduction of Officers<\/strong>: Kim-Recording Secretary, Mike Cumberland-President, Brian Jesteadt-Membership, \u00a0Jon Hiser-Treasurer, Stephen Gustkey-Pistol Team, George Queen \u2013Membership at Large and Mike Ripley-Jr. Rifle\/Black Powder.<strong>Tr<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Treasurer\u2019s Report<\/strong>: Jon read the treasurer\u2019s report.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bills &amp; Communications: <\/strong>Jon received our CMP certificate<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pop Machine: <\/strong>Steve reported an income of $18<\/p>\n<p><strong>Rental Committee Report: <\/strong>No range rentals until May. Peggy turned in $1200 from rentals and deposits for upcoming rentals.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pistol Team<\/strong>: Steve turned in after expenses $118 and reported team doing well. The sectional match is this weekend.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Trap Team: <\/strong>Tom turned in $71.78 for the winter league and said Trap practice has started again every Tuesday at 5pm and everyone is welcome.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Black Powder<\/strong>: Mike had decent turnout for meat shoot and is turning in $45 after expenses. The annual frolic is April 2<sup>nd<\/sup> with trail shooting from 9-1pm at the cabin and then 1pm-5pm shooting paper targets up at pistol range with George. Happy hour at the club afterwards and everyone is welcome to attend.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Junior Rifle Team<\/strong>: The team is continuing to grow with some new shooters. Still shooting 1<sup>st<\/sup> &amp; 3<sup>rd<\/sup> Tuesdays.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fun Indoor Shoot: <\/strong>In Dickie\u2019s absence, George turned in an envelope of $235 to the club.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sister in Arms: <\/strong>Nothing to report<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Membership<\/strong>: Brian read and welcomed all new members and collected $635 in dues with $70 going into the maintenance fund and $565 to general fund. We have 88 new members for 2016 which brings our total adult membership to 495.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Old Business: <\/strong>Jim printed up agreements for the new key system and plans on being at the club on Saturday, April 2<sup>nd<\/sup> to issue keys to any eligible members who wish to switch over to the new system.
