These are the items that were discussed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mike was able to get the Hunter Safety Course back on Sept 22<sup>nd<\/sup> and 23<sup>rd<\/sup>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>7:32 pm \u2013 The meeting was called to order.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Introduction of Officers<\/strong>:&nbsp; Mike Cumberland- President, Chris Smith- Treasurer, Brian Jesteadt- Membership, James Hacke- Secretary\/Trap, Joe Urish- Pistol, Mike Ripley- Black Powder, Al Vogan- Rifle, Tom Fischer- Appointed by the membership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Treasurer\u2019s Report<\/strong>: Chris read the report.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Bills and Communications<\/strong>:&nbsp; Typical monthly bills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Rental Committee Report:<\/strong> &nbsp;March 7<sup>th, <\/sup>the hall is rented.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pistol Team<\/strong>: &nbsp;&nbsp;Joe took in $364, had expenses of $221, kept $43, and turned in $100 to the club.&nbsp; The winter league is shooting on Thursday nights from 2 pm till approximately 8 or 9 pm. &nbsp;&nbsp;They usually practice on Wednesday afternoon if anyone is interested in joining them.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Trap Team:&nbsp; <\/strong>Trap has ended until late spring.&nbsp; Jim will have a report prepared for the next meeting. &nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Black Powder \/ Meat Shoots<\/strong>:&nbsp; No report.&nbsp; Mike said the Frolic will be on March 28<sup>th<\/sup>.&nbsp; It will begin around 9 am.&nbsp; They will have lunch at the cabin and awards around 4 pm.&nbsp; No trail shoot in March.&nbsp; March 8<sup>th<\/sup> will be a paper shoot at 50 yards.&nbsp; Any flintlock or percussion muzzle loaders with open sights may be shot for scores.&nbsp; The trail shoot will be on the 2<sup>nd<\/sup> Sunday of each month and begins at 11 am.&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Fun Indoor Shoot:<\/strong>&nbsp; The indoor .22 rifle fun shoot is on Monday mornings around 9 am.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Rifle:<\/strong>&nbsp; Al took in $169, expenses were $0, and he turned in $169. &nbsp;On February 22<sup>nd,<\/sup> there will be a 200-yard gong shoot.&nbsp; March 8<sup>th,<\/sup> there will be a 100-yard egg shoot.&nbsp; March 29<sup>th,<\/sup> there will be a 200-yard gong shoot.&nbsp; Shooting begins at 9 am and will run until 3 pm or until everyone is done.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Membership<\/strong>:&nbsp; &nbsp;Brian took in $4,555, maintenance fund $560, and general fund $3,995. Key cards were $280.&nbsp; The total membership is 525, of which 479 are senior\/life charter members.&nbsp; There are 44 new members for 2026. &nbsp;February will be the last month to renew your membership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Old Business:<\/strong> &nbsp;Nothing to report.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>New Business:<\/strong><span style=\"box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>The <\/span>louvers on the outside of the building for the exhaust fan are sticking open.
