These are the items that were discussed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Heating oil was ordered for the main hall.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>7:32 pm \u2013 The meeting was called to order.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Introduction of Officers<\/strong>:&nbsp; Mike Cumberland- President, Chris Smith- Treasurer, Brian Jesteadt- Membership, James Hacke- Secretary\/Trap, Joe Urish- Pistol, Mike Ripley- Black Powder, Al Vogan- Rifle, Tom Fischer- Appointed by the membership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Treasurer\u2019s Report<\/strong>: Chris read the report.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Bills and Communications<\/strong>:&nbsp; Nothing to report.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Rental Committee Report:<\/strong> &nbsp;Scout Troop 33 will be using the main hall from Jan. 16<sup>th<\/sup> (arriving around 4:30 pm) through the 18<sup>th<\/sup> (departing around 10:30 am).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pistol Team<\/strong>: &nbsp;&nbsp;Joe took in $353, had expenses of $207, kept $43, and turned in $103 to the club.&nbsp; The winter league is shooting on Thursday nights from 2 pm till approximately 8 or 9 pm. &nbsp;&nbsp;They usually practice on Wednesday afternoon if anyone is interested in joining them.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Trap Team:&nbsp; <\/strong>The winter trap league is underway.&nbsp; They shoot on Sundays from noon till about 3:30 pm.&nbsp; Anyone is welcome to still shoot practice during the Sunday league.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Black Powder \/ Meat Shoots<\/strong>:&nbsp; No report.&nbsp; The monthly trail walk shoot is back!&nbsp; Any flintlock or percussion muzzle loaders with open sights may be shot for scores.&nbsp; The trail shoot will continue on the 2<sup>nd<\/sup> Sunday of each month and begins at 11 am. .&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Fun Indoor Shoot:<\/strong>&nbsp; The indoor .22 rifle fun shoot is on Monday mornings around 9 am.&nbsp; Barry turned in $120.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Rifle:<\/strong>&nbsp; Al took in $119, expenses were $0, and he turned in $119. &nbsp;Jan 17<sup>th<\/sup> there will be a rimfire blackjack challenge shoot at distances of 100 and 200 yards.&nbsp; Shooting begins at 9 am and will run until 3 pm or until everyone is done.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Membership<\/strong>:&nbsp; &nbsp;Brian took in $3,870, maintenance fund $475, and general fund $3,395. Key cards were $280.&nbsp; The total membership is 612, of which 457 are senior\/life charter members.&nbsp; There are 61 new members for 2025.
