Introduction of Officers<\/strong>: Mike Cumberland- President, Chris Smith- Treasurer, Brian Jesteadt- Membership, James Hacke- Secretary\/Trap, Joe Urish- Pistol, Mike Ripley- Black Powder, Tom Fischer- Appointed by the membership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Treasurer\u2019s Report<\/strong>: Chris read the report.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Bills and Communications<\/strong>: $8,411.76 was the next installment for the hall renovation materials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Pop: <\/strong>Steve turned in $5.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Rental Committee Report:<\/strong> None to report.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Pistol Team<\/strong>: Joe reported all their matches were away. Thursday nights from 2 pm till dark. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Trap Team: <\/strong>Jim reported that Tuesday night practices will end on October 22nd<\/sup>. The winter trap league will begin on November 3rd<\/sup>. The league is open to members and the public. You can still come to shoot practices during that time if you would not like to shoot in the league. The event time is from noon to 4ish.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Black Powder \/ Meat Shoots<\/strong>: Nothing to report. There is a meat shoot on the 2nd<\/sup> Sunday of every month. The shoot starts at 11 am and is open to members and the public.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Junior Rifle Team<\/strong>: Looking for anyone interested in leading junior shooting classes. Contact Mike Ripley if interested. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Archery:<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n Fun Indoor Shoot:<\/strong> No report. The fun shoots happen on Mondays. Doors open at 9 am with the first shoot starting around 10 am. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Rifle:<\/strong> Al took in $75, expenses $0, and turned in $75. The next .22 caliber 200-yard gong shoot will possibly be held on January 25th<\/sup> and February 22nd<\/sup>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Membership<\/strong>: Brian took in $3,545, maintenance fund $285, general fund $3,260. Key cards were $300. The total membership is 624 of which 475 are senior\/life charter members. There are 66 new members for the 2024 year. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Old Business:<\/strong> The permanent fix for the septic tank alarm still needs to be done. The main hall is still closed for renovations being done to the inside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n New Business: <\/strong>There are some wooden folding chairs at the club that are going to be removed.
