Introduction of Officers<\/strong>: Mike Cumberland- President, Chris Smith- Treasurer, Brian Jesteadt- Membership, James Hacke- Secretary\/Trap, Joe Urish- Pistol, Mike Ripley- Black Powder, Tom Fischer- Appointed by the membership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Treasurer\u2019s Report<\/strong>: Chris read the report.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Bills and Communications<\/strong>: Fall taxes are due for the amount of $2,450. Motion made and voted on to pay early.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Pop: <\/strong>Steve turned in $9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Rental Committee Report:<\/strong> August 24th<\/sup>. September 7th<\/sup> and 8th<\/sup> constables, September 14th<\/sup> main hall all day Butler Abate Chapter, September 28th<\/sup> main hall from 5-7 pm. October 8th<\/sup> SRU 3-9 pm, October 12th<\/sup> 5-7 pm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Pistol Team<\/strong>: Joe reported the next league will start in September. Every Thursday night from 2 pm till dark. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Trap Team: <\/strong>September 10th is the next night to shoot. Shooting starts around 5 pm. It costs $4 for a round of 25 clay targets. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Black Powder \/ Meat Shoots<\/strong>: Mike reported for 2 months. He brought in $300, expenses were $200, kept $30, and turned in $70. Labor Day weekend will be the annual rendezvous will be from 9-5 pm. The rendezvous is open to the public. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Junior Rifle Team<\/strong>: Looking for anyone interested in leading junior shooting classes. Contact Mike Ripley if interested. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Archery:<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n Fun Indoor Shoot:<\/strong> Nothing to report. The fun shoots happen on Mondays. Doors open at 9 am with the first shoot starting around 10 am. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Rifle:<\/strong> Al took in $137, expenses $4, and turned in $133. Al will host a steel egg shoot at the 100-yard rifle range for .22 caliber rifles on August 25th <\/sup>and September 29th. Shooting will begin around 10 am. Al is hosting a bench paper match shoot to be held on August 14th <\/sup>and September 11th<\/sup> from 1 pm to dusk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Membership<\/strong>: Brian took in $340, maintenance fund $30, general fund $310. Key cards were $0. The total membership is 614 which consists of 467 senior\/life charter members. There are 52 new members for the 2024 year. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Old Business:<\/strong> The front-end repairs on the Ford tractor are completed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n New Business: <\/strong>Reported that the zero-turn mower starter is beginning to fail.
