Introduction of Officers<\/strong>: Mike Cumberland- President, Chris Smith- Treasurer, Brian Jesteadt- Membership, James Hacke- Secretary(absent), Joe Urish- Pistol(absent), Mike Ripley- Black Powder(absent), Tom Horstman- Trap(absent), Tom Fischer- Appointed by the membership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Treasurer\u2019s Report<\/strong>: Chris read the report.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Bills and Communications<\/strong>: Chris said that a $500 donation was made from Mr. Robert Wilson into the cabin fund. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Pop: <\/strong>Nothing to report this week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Rental Committee Report:<\/strong> Dec. 16th<\/sup> hall is being donated for the Rich Hoover celebration of life, Troop 33 from the Boy Scouts of America will be using the hall on Jan 19, 20, and 21.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Pistol Team<\/strong>: Took in $226, expenses $185, kept $13, turned in $28. The pistol team is currently shooting on Thursday nights. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Trap Team: <\/strong>The winter trap league is going to have a holiday break and will continue to shoot again on January 7th<\/sup>. Shoots will resume every Sunday and will conclude on February 11th<\/sup>. The shooting begins around noon and continues till about 4 pm. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Black Powder \/ Meat Shoots<\/strong>: No report. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Junior Rifle Team<\/strong>: Mike Ripley is no longer running the Junior Rifle team. Anyone interested in taking over please contact Mike or a board of directors. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Archery:<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n Fun Indoor Shoot:<\/strong> The fun shoots happen on Mondays. Doors open at 9 am with the first shoot starting around 10 am. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Rifle:<\/strong> Nothing to report.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Membership<\/strong>: Brian took in $2,647, maintenance fund $240, general fund $2,407. Key cards were $170. The total membership is 655 of which consist of 490 senior\/life charter members.
