7:00 pm \u2013 The board of directors met prior to the general membership meeting. These are the items that were discussed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7:33 pm – Meeting was called to order<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Introduction of Officers<\/strong>:  Mike Cumberland- President, Chris Smith- Treasurer, Brian Jesteadt- Membership, James Hacke- Secretary, Roger Carfangia- Pistol, Mike Ripley- Black Powder, Tom Horstman- Trap.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Treasurer\u2019s Report<\/strong>: Chris read the report.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bills and Communications<\/strong>:  Nothing to report.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pop: <\/strong>Steve turned in $9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rental Committee Report:<\/strong>  Boy Scout Troop 33 hall usage on Jan 20, 21, and 22. Frolic on March 25th<\/sup>. Pistol sectional match on March 24, 25, and 26.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pistol Team<\/strong>:  Rodger reported for 2 matches.  He took in $174, expenses were $74, kept $30, and turned in $70.  The pistol team gathers on Thursdays at 5 pm to shoot 22 cal. & Centerfire 32, 38, & 45 cal. All are welcome to come practice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Trap Team: The winter<\/strong> trap league will be ending on January 29th.     <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Black Powder<\/strong>:  Mike reported a nice turnout for the Christmas deer hunt.  The annual Frolic will be held on March 25th<\/sup> and will start around 9 am. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Meat Shoot:<\/strong>  Mike took in$250, expenses were $170, kept $20, and turned in $60.  The meat shoots are held on the 2nd<\/sup> Sunday of every month.  They start at 11 am and are open to members and the public. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Junior Rifle Team<\/strong>:  Mike Ripley is no longer running the Junior Rifle team.  Anyone that is interested in taking over please contact Mike or a board of directors.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Archery:<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fun Indoor Shoot: <\/strong> Barry turned in $130.  The fun shoots happen on Mondays. Doors open at 9 am with the first shoot starting around 10 am.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rifle:<\/strong>  The first rifle match will start on March 26th<\/sup> and will continue to be on the last Sunday of each month.  Entry into the first event is $5 and will be $4 to re-enter into additional matches.  There are 4 different classes to shoot in depending on the type of .22 rifle and optics.  Registration time is around 9 am. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

            A new .22 caliber rifle event is scheduled to start on January 29th<\/sup> and be held again on February 26th<\/sup>.  This event will be located at the outdoor pistol range.  Registration is around 9 am with shooting starting at 10 am.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Membership<\/strong>:   Brian took in $3,650, $435 to the maintenance fund, and $3,215 to the general fund, $240 in key cards.  New members for the year 2022 ended at 66.  New members for 2023 are up to 3.   650 total members, including 480 senior life\/charter members.  *REMINDER-<\/strong> Renewal applications will be accepted for the year 2023 until the meeting held in February.   Please send a check for the correct amount with a self-addressed stamp envelope to Brian.  Please remember if you have a hall entry key, and wish to keep it active, remember to include $10 in addition to your membership renewal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Old Business:<\/strong>  Nothing to report.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

New Business:  <\/strong>There is a new .22 caliber rifle shoot upcoming located outdoors at the pistol range.  See the Rifle notes above.      <\/p>\n\n\n\n
