Free seminar on firearms and the use of deadly force

US Law Shield is offering a free seminar to all MCSA members interested in learning more about the current laws in place regarding the use of firearms and deadly force.  They will likely be offering their legal protection services to you, if you are interested.  If you would like more information or to sign up for the seminar, please visit the following website.  Here are the details they give:

*2-3 hours with an attorney and possible a police officer that will explain the laws regarding the use of deadly force

*Topics to be covered: justification of the use of deadly force, castle doctrine, stand your ground, use of force in defense of others

*Class is free for all club members

Why attend an event?

  1. Ignorance of the law is not a legal excuse!
  2. The legal system can be very hostile toward gun owners.
  3. Responsible gun owners get thrown into the legal system every single day.

What topics will be explained at our events?

Every event features experienced attorneys and law enforcement professionals that explain basic firearms laws every gun owner should know such as the Castle Doctrine, Stand Your Ground and Make My Day laws, what to expect when law enforcement arrives, the law of Search and Seizure, gun owners’ liability under civil laws, and much more. We also stay current on current events and topics relevant to gun owners today.

What materials are provided at the seminar or workshop?

All attendees will receive the U.S. Law Shield publication (When Can I Legally Shoot? Knowing The Law Of Deadly Force,) a $9.95 value, FREE for registrants. This publication explains the ins-and-outs of the law of the deadly force in plain language, helping you understand when you are legally allowed to pull the trigger.
