7:00 pm – Board of Directors met prior to the general membership meeting. These are the items that were discussed:

7:30 pm – Meeting was called to order

Introduction of Officers:  Mike Cumberland- President, Chris Smith- Treasurer, Brian Jesteadt- Membership, James Hacke(absent)- Secretary, Roger Carfangia- Pistol, Mike Ripley- Black Powder(absent), Tom Horstman- Trap.

Treasurer’s Report: Chris read the report.

Bills and Communications:  Nothing to report.

Pop: Nothing to turn in this month.

Rental Committee Report:  Hall rental on July 23^rd.

Pistol Team:  Nothing to report.  The pistol team gathers on Thursdays at 5 pm to shoot 22 cal. & Centerfire 32, 38, & 45 cal. All welcome to come practice.

Trap Team:  Jim reported practice nights on Tuesdays will begin on May 24^th and will continue every other Tuesday.

Black Powder:  Nothing to report this month.   

Meat Shoot:  Nothing to report this month.  The meat shoots are held on the 2^nd Sunday of every month.  They start at 11 am and are open to members and the public. 

Junior Rifle Team:  Mike Ripley is no longer running the Junior Rifle team.  Anyone that is interested in taking over please contact Mike or a board of directors.    

Archery: 

Fun Indoor Shoot:  The fun shoots have come to an end and will continue in the upcoming fall.   

Membership:   Brian collected a total of $240, maintenance fund $25, general fund $215, and key cards $0.  New members for the year 2022 are 49.  The current membership is 466 senior life/charter members, 633 total club members.

Old Business:  A question was brought up if the liability coverage at the club was up to date with a high enough coverage.              

New Business:  It was mentioned that the lawn was looking good around the club.
